Ticket pre-sale for the Floating Castle Truške is available on the festival’s website. Tickets are available at a discounted price until July 24th.

Concerts will run from at 6:00 PM until Sunday at 2:00 AM, when the festival concludes. For more details, please check the festival program.
Tickets are free for individuals who cannot walk and use a wheelchair. Free entry also applies to blind persons and their companions.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE
- TICKET PURCHASE
1.1. Tickets for the Floating Castle Festival are sold exclusively through the festival’s official website and at the entrance to the festival venue during the event.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Ticket sales are subject to availability. The festival organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold per person.
- TICKET PRICES AND CATEGORIES
2.1. Ticket prices are published on the festival’s official website and may vary depending on the purchase period (e.g., Early Bird, Early Bear, and on-site sales).
2.2. Special discounted tickets are available for eligible groups (students, retirees, self-employed cultural workers) upon presenting valid proof at the entrance.
2.3. Children under 14 years of age are entitled to free entry.
2.4. Residents of Truške are eligible for a discounted day ticket.
2.5. Free entry is granted to individuals who cannot walk and use a wheelchair, as well as to blind persons and their companions.
- TICKET DELIVERY
3.1. Upon successful payment, tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the buyer.
3.2. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information during the purchase process.
- REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1. Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of festival cancellation.
4.2. If the festival is canceled, ticket holders will be notified of the refund process via the festival’s official website and email.
4.3. Tickets cannot be exchanged for other events or transferred to future editions of the festival.
- ENTRY CONDITIONS
5.1. Access to the festival venue is only possible with a valid ticket.
5.2. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the festival’s rules, without refund.
5.3. Ticket holders must present a valid ID if requested to verify eligibility for discounted tickets.
- PROGRAM CHANGES
6.1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the festival program, schedule, and lineup without prior notice.
6.2. Program changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation.
- DATA PROTECTION
7.1. The organizer will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will only be used for the purpose of managing the ticket sale and informing buyers about relevant festival updates.
- LIABILITY
8.1. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
8.2. Ticket holders attend the festival at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the festival venue.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The organizer reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Any disputes arising from ticket sales shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
